Micah Horn is a law clerk at All Rise! and an enrolled member of the Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma. His background includes courtroom work, legal writing, and leadership in Native American law student organizations.

As a licensed legal intern with the Cleveland County District Attorney’s Office, Micah argued bond and preliminary hearings, drafted parole objection letters and case narratives, prepared court dockets, and assisted members of the public. His work there began in May 2024 and provided experience with the preparation and day-to-day demands of criminal proceedings.

Micah earned a B.A. in political science from the University of Oklahoma in December 2022. At the University of Oklahoma College of Law, he served as co-president of the Native American Law Students Association, competed in the 2025 National Native American Law Students Association Moot Court Competition, and received an American Jurisprudence Award for the highest grade in Foundations of Performance Testing in summer 2025.

His earlier work with the Pawnee Nation Tax Commission involved organizing and processing information, assisting the public, and supporting communication between divisions. That experience adds a Tribal government perspective to his background in court preparation, written advocacy, and community involvement.
